If you are a landlord and would like me to complete your Tax Return I will require details of all sources of income and claims to allowances relating to the Tax Return in question, in addition to :

• Details of your letting income and expenses (per property if more than one).
• Details of any capital items purchased (per property).
• Details of any legal expenses incurred (per property).
