If you are self employed and would like me to complete your Tax Return I will require details of all sources of income and claims to allowances relating to the Tax Return in question, in addition to :

• Details of your self employment income and expenses.
• Details of your self employment capital item purchases and disposals.
• Details of any private use adjustments.
