Tax Repayments

If you generally receive a tax repayment and would like me to complete your Tax Return I will require details of all sources of income and claims to allowances relating to the Tax Return in question, to include :

• Details of any bank or building society interest received and tax deducted.
• Details of any dividends received in respect of shares held.
• Details of any pension income received (where applicable) and tax deducted.
